OVERVIEW:
This
WebQuest is part of a school wide thematic unit spanning two years of instruction
in music. During this time, students will develop a greater understanding
of the languages, customs, dances, arts, music, and geographic locations
of the fourteen countries represented by students in our school population.
This WebQuest will require team work among students as they learn to master
technology skills used in a music keyboard computer lab. Students will
also learn to edit and publish digitally recorded performances from original
creative writing,
art, and musical composition based upon global research. The true quest
is for today's child to develop understanding, acceptance, knowledge and
tolerance. |
