Conclusion

Congratulations!
Well, you've done it!

Thank you for being a great member of a student team that cares about its favorite ocean community!

I hope that you have enjoyed your study of an ocean animal!  I know that you have an understanding and an appreciation of the need to keep our ocean habitats clean and healthy!

Please continue to be a super student spokesperson for your favorite ocean community!

Summer vacation will be here soon!  You and your friends will go to the beach to swim, to have picnics, and to have fun!

Think about some ways that you can remind your friends to keep the sand and the ocean clean and free of bags, bottles, six-pack yokes, balloons, and old fishing gear!

Perhaps your class could make posters about the harmful effects of marine debris and display them on the walls of your school!  Such a project would be a fantastic public service!

Click right here.
You will arrive at a Marine Debris Education site.
Scroll down the page, click on the pencil that says 'Forward', and look at the coloring book pages that illustrate the different types of marine debris.
Print these pages, color, and display them, if you like, or create your own posters!
The ocean animals will love you for it, and you just might help to prevent a lot of pollution!
