Employment:
For the past 29 years I have been teaching.
For 27 of those years I have been employed with the Charleston
County School District, Charleston, South Carolina. I work as a
fifth
grade teacher at James B. Edwards Elementary school. James B. Edwards
is
one of the finest schools in the state and boasts its own web page. Check

Interests and Hobbies:
Interests include music (I fancy myself a piano
player),
being part of great choral works (I'm involved in a wonderful church
choir
that recently performed in Spoleto USA , Europe, Ireland, and the
NorthEast and Canada),
reading
good books (Jonathan Kellerman is a favorite of mine), watching great
Science
Fiction (Yes, I'm a Star
Trek Fan!), cooking, travel, and the great outdoors (see below).
Loves and Passions:
Loving the great outdoors, my friend Donna and I own
property
in Western North Carolina. The property has been named "Mountain
Laurel"
because of the extensive growth of Mt. Laurel on the property. The view
is superb, and until the main house is built, the barn is fine. In
addition
to the great outdoors, my companion and trusted friend, Sam (the wonder
dog), travels with me.
