Summer Reading List
Choose at least THREE books from the list to read during the summer. Record the following information on a separate 3x5 inch index card for each book. These cards are to be turned in to your fifth grade language arts teacher the first week of school.

A reading certificate and an incentive will be awarded to those students who meet or surpass the three-book requirement.
